Baer got her final stitches out, remarkable recovery. 

I started a compilation of “Life Compartmentalized”. Is it really that complicated? Taking things apart shows how to deal with each individual component.

Efficiency Going through this exercise of taking things apart I realized that most of the layers are containers. Applying it to the daily routine, essentially to life in general, gives a new outlook on what is important.
